Mentoring Program

inspiHER is a unique and exclusive mentoring program for young Arab women, aims to empower women by providing them a platform to consult with other women who have already paved their way to decision making levels.

 

The one-on-one tailor-made mentoring program matches between mentors. (executive women from Microsoft) and mentees (Arab women), based on their personal and professional background. 

Furthermore, participating mentees enjoy extra professional workshops such as negotiating strategies and networking skills.
