Mentoring Program

W2W’s and Microsoft’s unique Northern district tailor -made mentorship program aimed to empower diverse technological women from the Northern district, helping them advance in the workplace and develop their professional career path.

The one-on-one mentoring program matches between mentors, women executives from technological fields, and mentees, technological women in the beginning of their career, based on their personal and professional background. Furthermore, participating mentees enjoy extra professional workshops such as negotiating strategies and networking skills.
